Muir Vineyards

Muir Vineyards is a family owned winery in Martinez, Ca. Their wines reflect the rich history of the San Frnacisco Bay Area through the wonderful soil, grapes and climate found in the City of Martinez. The winery is named after the Martinez region’s nature hero John Muir. For their labels I wanted to incorporate a mixture of traditional and modern design elements. The label illustrations are done in a traditonal hand drawn style but incorporate contemporary color and brush work.
